Student Scholarship Application

Please fill one application per child per event.
Completion of this application does not guarantee a scholarship, but are given out based on multiple factors (timeliness of application, history of scholarships, available funds, etc.).
If you have a home church other than Park Community Church, you will be asked to reach out to them before we can offer any support.
After the application is complete, a member of our team will get back to you in one week's time to discuss if a scholarship is available. For any further questions, email students@parkcommunitychurch.org
