CIY SuperStart! (grades 4-5)

SuperStart is a high-energy weekend event in which preteens (4th and 5th graders) can learn and grow in their relationships with friends, leaders, and most importantly God. Click here to learn more about SuperStart!

DATE: March 6-7, 2026

TIME: Friday at 4pm through Saturday at 5pm

COST: $130 (includes a $25 non-refundable registration fee)
This cost includes SuperStart registration, T-shirt, transportation, meals (dinner on Friday, breakfast and lunch on Saturday), and Saturday's Plug 'N' Play group activity.

EVENT LOCATION: Community Christian Church - Naperville Location (1635 Emerson Lane, Naperville, IL 60540)

LODGING: To keep costs down, we will have a lock-in at Park Near North (1001 N Crosby St) on Friday night. Our group will travel to and from Park Near North to the event location in Naperville, and we'll have boys and girls sleep in separate sides of the Near North building. If you'd prefer to have your kids sleep at home and are willing to pick them up and drop them off at Near North for transportation, let us know! 

TRANSPORTATION: We will be using leader and parent volunteers to travel to and from the event location. If you have a larger vehicle and are willing to drive a group of kids,  let us know in the registration.
 
LEADERS: All of our leaders will be "Loop-approved" and be a mix of parents and Loop Kids leaders who are already involved in with  the preteens ministry. If you are interested in coming as a leader, reach out and let us know.

PARENT VOLUNTEERS: We have a few areas that we would LOVE to have parents help out with.
- Driving our group to and from the event location in Naperville.
- Bringing a snack to share for the group.
- Potentially joining us as a leader if there is a need.
There is a place to indicate on the registration if you're willing to help out, let us know there!

4:00 pm Arrive at NN & Pizza Dinner
4:30 pm Depart for SuperStart!
6:00 pm SuperStart! Check-in Opens
7:00 pm Session 1 Amp-Up!
7:30 pm Session 1 Begins
9:15 pm Drive to NN for Small Groups & Snacks
11:00 pm Lights Out

DAY 2 (SATURDAY)
6:45 am Rise & Shine & Eat Breakfast at NN
7:15 am Depart for SuperStart!
8:10 am Session 2 Amp-Up!
8:30 am Session 2 Begins
9:30 am Small Groups
10:20 am Session 3 Amp-Up!
10:40 am Session 3 Begins
12:00 pm SuperStart! Dismisses for Plug 'N' Play (Lunch & Fun Group Activity)
3:30 pm Drive to NN for Parent Pick-up
4:30/5:00 pm Arrive back at NN (Time might vary with traffic- we will keep parents updated on ETA)
